Our photo puzzle looks great! Very sturdy pieces. Wish I had cropped photo differently so there wasn't such a large region of dark color, but that's my fault. The pieces are well made and easy to handle. The piece shapes are very repetitive, which means your photo needs to have lots of recognizable shapes and color changes or it's going to be VERY hard! I think the manufacturer knows this because the back of the puzzle pieces are printed with letters of the alphabet. If your photo puzzle gets too hard, flip all the pieces over and work the puzzle using the letters. We did that. On a more positive note, the pieces interlock so well I didn't need puzzle glue to frame our worked puzzle.

What a unique & inexpensive gift! The puzzle comes in a cute lavender gift bag (what’s thoughtful touch) that’s inside a box which has the personalized puzzle picture on it. Love love love! This is a special gift for my best friend of her, myself, and her kids (my godchildren). I know she’ll put it together then glue it, frame it, and hang it to enjoy. This company did a wonderful job and even though the puzzle isn’t together yet I can see how vivid the colors are. Can’t wait to see it finished. Shipping didn’t take too long either considering it’s personalized & coming from overseas. Order it. You’ll be so happy!

These are great quality but in order to solve... bc the piece shapes are so similar they give you letters on the back of pieces to figure out which section of the puzzle they belong to.This can be a little problematic for some puzzles and changes how you may solve the puzzle! (i.e. upside down)

Super good quality and very thoughtful gift

This puzzle is amazing! The photo quality is excellent and the the pieces have a wood base, making them fit tightly so that the finished puzzle looks fabulous! Easily flammable and will make a beautiful wall hanger when done! We've done a ton of puzzles in our lifetimes and this is one of the best quality puzzles we've seen! It was affordable and for a customizable puzzle, I am so happy I chose this one. The only downside is that this company who makes these does not market well enough to sell more. It was hard to tell who made the puzzle by the box, and I think they should include a card with their contact info and any other products they might sell. Would definitely order from them again. PROS: It's very affordable and you can have a favorite photo turned into your very own puzzle, such that it is. The pieces are made of a sort of wood product and they're very sturdy, much sturdier than traditional cardboard pieces.CONS: All the pieces are cut in the same shape: squarish, with two male prongs sticking out north and south and two female cuts east and west, or vice versa. So every area that's one color or pattern (such as my dog's mesh harness, see second photo), the only way you can figure out where to place the pieces is to turn them upside down and match the letters on the back. This is not puzzling, it's a mechanical process that is tedious and boring.The only puzzling aspect of this product is why they would invest in good quality construction only to make the pieces a worthless shape.When I saw this, I thought it was a great idea and used it for three Christmas gifts using photo I know would be valued by the recipients. Then I had one done for myself, and now I'm embarrassed that I gave these as gifts. What a terrible gift this was to give to my loved ones!

The photo came out beautifully! Wood seems finer than other manufacturers, but thinner. Price reasonable and devlery time very good.I have done at least 6 other photo wooden puzzles by other manufacturers , but last 2 were defective so thought I try this company.Con: some pieces still stuck together . I think some other reviewer mentioned too. I think the cutting made it so that pieces didn’t fit together as nicely or as flatly as they should.This was particularly noticeable after I glued it.Other puzzles with black that I had done, the cuts lines were not as noticeable in the finished product.

I am really impressed with this puzzle. I wasn't sure I would like it but it really turned out nice. It is hanging in my office.
