純正なのに付属品と違うのなぜ？
付属品は黒だがこちらは濃い紺色。磁石がやや弱い。純正なら付属品と全く同じ物でいいのに違う品をわざわざ作る意味がわからない。同じの売ってくれ！

充電できませんでした
Fitbit Charge5を購入した際に充電器はあったのですが、必要があり追加購入しました。さっそく充電チェックをしたところ、充電できませんでした。最初から手元にあった充電器と電圧を比べてみましたが、ほぼ同じ電圧で、おそらく端子の位置が良くないのではないのかなと思います。壊れているわけではないのですが、充電ができないので☆１としました。
