Tastes amazing

These hydration sachets work really well. I am quite picky about drinks but I will happily have these because the taste is light and not overpowering. They dissolve quickly with no gritty bits and I do genuinely feel better after a run when I use them. A solid option if you want something easy to drink that actually helps.

Good product never had any issues with this brand

We have been purchasing liquid IV for a while and have it on long walks, day trips our and on particularly hot days to remain hydrated. This helps keep up our energy and feel as though we aren't struggling with dehydration as within minutes of drinking you feel better. Although this is a more expensive supplime than for your water it is the best when it comes to taste and ability to drink as there doesn't seem to be any powder residue that is left unlike other products.

I feel the benefits of using the product. However, the only reason I didn't give a 5th star is due to the sweetness. I could glean no taste of the fruit it was supposed to be due to the overwhelming saccharin tasting sweetness. I used a large water bottle so it was well diluted. Other than that it really hydrated me. I'll get the non flavour one the next time🤩

These are the best electrolytes I’ve ever had. The flavour passion fruit is the best ever. They dissolve in water without even having to shake it and it dosnt get all lumpy. Dosnt taste salty like others can be. Easy and small to take in wallet or purse anywhere. Keeps you hydrated throughout the day and I’ve really noticed what difference it makes!
