Excellent product... It's great to also spray on beds and furniture to eliminate urine odor. I was caring for a family member that had problems with urine leakage and it worked with controlling the smell.

I don’t usually do amazon reviews but I HAD to for this one! Went on vacation and the dog sitter waited to long in between letting our dogs out both days we were gone.. came home from vacation to a very strong urine smell. Was skeptical to order this but I did and I’m so glad! I use this in my spin mop, I literally smell nothing now! The smell is gone. I got the fresh linen scent and it smells lovely! Scent doesn’t last long but that’s okay. Definitely get this if you need to get rid of the smells!

I'm not particularly sold on this not being a mask for smell. I've been using this bottle for awhile. It works okay with small animal accidents, especially if they dont have particularly pungent urine. My mid sized senior dogs, unfortunately have somewhat pungent urine smells in their larer life and this does not help at all. If I am only using KOE as a cleaner: I pre-clean with cleaning towels, then I have to mop no less than 5 times with mop pad changes in between each cleaning. If I'm lucky, it will be enough... generally I have to follow up with a harsher cleaner because it just does not eliminate the smell. I have mixed it with the recommended amounts, I've also made it stronger than the recommended mixture, neither fully eliminates the funk.

Works great! My dad has an elderly dog that has many accidents in the house. This is a miracle worker. We’ve tried many things to remove odor and nothing had helped. I mixed this up in a sprayer and used it on the carpet and cloth furniture. NoMore smells. Highly recommend.
