I've tried Lorissa's, Jack Links, Chomps, Vermont and Paleovalley. Old Trapper beats them all. The price is good, they're moist and tender, fantastic flavor and the resealable bag works really well at keeping them sealed up. Going to try the Jalapeno flavor next. Perfect size too. Sometimes you don't want a 7 or 8 inch long beef stick. Although these are so delicious I always eat 2 at a sitting.

I like these for a small protein snack. I got regular and jalapeno flavors. Jalapeno was very good, but might be a little too spicy for everyone. Seems to be good quality.

I bought this as it didn’t have refrigerate after opening. I really like the flavor and it keeps for a good 2 weeks after opening. After that it loses flavor and color. It’s a great snack to have 2-3 sticks a day at work without a refrigerator.

These are very tender and tasty. The only reason for not having 5 stars is that the jalapeño flavor is very mild (too mild)

When you want that specific taste and texture with a little kick of jalapeño this is perfect! Also I like the smaller individual sizes for snacking

... Teriyaki Deli-Style ...SKIN: too THICK to chew up, it balled up & I just SPIT it out / 30-50% inedible.MEAT: flavorful but has a soft / mushy consistency, It's just a BIT strange.

Tastes like summer sausage, has a smokey flavor to the meat. The texture is that of a firm moist inside the casing when eaten not a dried texture nor is this beef stick snacks overly greasy feeling or tasting. I enjoyed these will get them again.
