Great support, easy to fit, looks great.
Great support. Fits nearly all sizes. Well made. And very comfortable. I was BOC fitter for thirty years and have sold and fit every style known. For what i required, and the trim design, this was the absolute best choice by sight and thankfully by use as well. Extremely easy to adjust for precise fit. Light weight, and is not cumbersome at all. Bought to hide under clothes but it looks so good, may wear out as well.

Great... I didnt need surgery.. its quick $20 test to try Before going to spine Dr
Worked great. Ithought I had hurt my spinal disk and needed surgery A smart Dr suggested I try this first..and it worked! I had just pulled the ligiment that attaches the hip bone to the spine. He ais to try this and Ill know in a day or two...he was right I didnt need surgery and after waring this for 2 weeks the pain went away. Remember it fits low around the hip bones ( not high aroudn the waist ).

Fits under beltline on pants/jeans that are on the looser side
OK- I am big. Let's just call it that. Im 5'10" and almost as round as I am wide. The XL fit me, with some stretching- so long as I place it correctly. This is not your Walmart/CostCo work-assist belt. It's not meant to go around your waistline, but below, where your actual hips sit. That said, if I hold one end (after releasing the secondary straps to dangle) and bring the other around to it I can get them to overlap in the front and stay secure. Then it's just a matter of tightening the secondary straps. It's not a fix-all, but it does provide support that I am missing, especially since I work from home 10 hrs a day and sit- a lot. This does not provide lower back support like some of you may be thinking of or looking for- its meant to compress your hip areas, down around the lower sacral. If you have a chronic back injury you know what I'm talking about- if not, this is for where your tailbone starts before going down to your buttocks. However, many of you with chronic back injuries may have been looking for support for higher-up than you may actually need.My low back injury is L5-S1 and a bulged L3-4. The L5-S1 causes the most issues for me with long-standing, getting up and down in chairs, etc. Your mileage may vary. I have found this very helpful for pain relief in my hips and down into my legs. I have another support belt that I purchased that is heavier, does not fit under belt line very well, but does fit under baggy shirts. That belt is here:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00267SFK2?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1It also works well, for different applications, and is slightly longer around the actual waist/belt line. It also fits more conventionally, like a girdle, that some people may be thinking of when they are looking for a support belt.NEITHER OF THESE ARE FOR WEIGHT LIFTING- use them like this and you are on your own. I would not recommend, 2 stars, for that.

Not really for women curves.
Made for no hips. Better use for a man. Rides up my hips to belt line. Not a good fit.

Lightweight, comfortable and so very helpful with my back pain
This belt is very well made and super comfortable. It helps so much with my lower back pain and the now lack of, or seriousness of the pain I experience after a long day. I am 6’1 and weigh 207 and really appreciate having this while I’m working every day. No matter what the day brings, light or heavy-duty lifting, this is a back saver!!

It does the job well
Suffering from EDS and frequent lumbar strains, a good hip support was suggested by both me PCP and Chropractor. This works very well and was also very affordable.

Didn’t work for me
This product did not work for me. My hip pain was still there and it did nothing for me but of course I’m 61 and ache and pains are starting to kick in at my age. I’m not sayin it won’t work for you, it just didn’t work for me and I returned it.
