Absolutely delicious - better than anything I have tried for mushroom flavour in the UK. It is perfect for pasta and steak sauces, adding to pie filling or in risotto or hotpot. Totally delicious!

Overly salty
I have used other BtB products for years and this is the only one I've been disappointed in. It is incredibly salty, diluting it to manageable taste means the mushroom flavor is also absent. Such a shame, I had high hopes.

I love mushrooms but cannot always keep them in stock at home because I use them constantly. This is a wonderful addition to my food that I want that Umami flavoring mushrooms give. I used it in Ramen noodles instead of the packets they provide, and wow was that some really good noodles. I like nicely seasoned food with layers of flavor. Adds so much to even a simple meal. This is definitely something you should try. It is delicious.

This stuff really adds a depth of flavor to soups and sauces. I always keep a jar of chicken and beef but after trying the mushroom I will add it to the rotation.
