This carpet cleaner machine has a 9.84ft long wire and a 4.26ft long tube, making it very easy to clean stairs.

Q: Why does the machine have no suction during use?

Please check if the volume has exceeded the MAX line of dirty water tank, as this may cause no suction. We recommend cleaning the dirty tank after each use.
