Great for adding flavor
As most of this companies products, it is somewhat overpriced in my opinion. However, in certain dishes that need a little extra umami this is an excellent way to add it. It gives an onion flavoring without having to add a significant amount of raw or fried onions. Great in casseroles or sprinkled on meat that is going to be roasted or slow cooked.

Good Onion Taste
