配線が切れていた
－2の理由は1つは配線の断線が原因ですもう1つは値段が高いのが理由です4つの配線の内の１つが断線していました、線が細いので配送途中で何らかの理由で切れたのかもしれませんそのままでは当然ですが使えないので、半田コテで線を固定し、通電したところ問題なく動作しました。ファンの回転はスムーズなので特に問題はないと思いますが手を入れているのでしばらく経過を見ようと思います
