Does this soap really work for really bad acne

It depends on what is causing your acne. It helps with clogged pores and keratosis but it will probably not give you great results with hormonal, stress induced or systemic acne. You can expect reduced appearance of blackheads and small bumps but don’t expect any miracles.

Is this soap good for ingrown hairs?

Yes, it helps some, although it would be more effective if it were a higher concentration

Does this come in a syndet version?

A syndet version is in the works. The formulation is complete and we're just waiting on getting it to production. Release date will likely be late 2023.
