Pulaski Two Tone Drawer Console Table, White

I am not easily impressed, especially by modern furniture. Sadly we have moved into disposable consumerism and most furnature is built to be thrown away sooner as opposed to later.However after looking at vintage and repurposed stores, I was unable to find something that fit my space in a functional style that I liked.When I purchased this, I took the chance ONLY because it was shipped AND sold by Amazon, meaning that if there was a problem or I hated it... Returns would be easy. I also was wary because of the review showing the uneven legs on another unit.My unit went together very easily, it is eight screws that are preattached to the legs and feet, which are threaded into the bottom shelf and attached to the top... Not in that order.The screws on a couple of the legs were not true or straight, which made me put a little more force on the legs than I would have liked, but in the end it all held together very well and once assembled it is perfectly level and has no wobble at all on my tile floors.Visually it is very well done. Weathered white with a very light powder blue finish on the drawers. Teal painted inside, which I think is a nice touch.The drawer pulls are unimaginative and simple, but easily replaced if one desires... As is, they work well and seem solid.The unit is all together well made and is unique enough to add something to the room that was lacking. Just a bit more Character!I cannot tell if it is made of MDF, partial board or just painted/textured vaneers. But it holds up to inspection pretty well. I doubt it is made of solid/real wood anywhere but the legs.My first complaints are the drawer opening is very tight. If you have large hands it may be a problem for you to retrieve items. Especially larger ones. I would not recommend DVD cases in the drawers, just too tight of a space. I keep remote controls, pens and office supplies in them. The drawer size is fine, it's the opening that is lacking. Even another half or full inch would have been excellent.My last complaint was price, 330$ was a bit much... But maybe I am just old. 250 would have been a steal, 275 would have been fair, 295 would have been Okay... 40 bucks is 40 bucks.For 330 to 350 I would have liked a solid wood unit, but I am probably asking for too much.I expect the unit to last quite a long time, it will probably out last me. I would recommend it.DO NOT place a TV on this unit, it will create a top heavy situation and be dangerous. Save a child and anchor the unit to the wall and do not put your TV on top. Mount the TV to the wall instead, holes are easy to deal and repaint later.

The piece is beautiful. The box arrived with rips and crushed in places, however not a scratch on the piece. Shipping packaging is excellent. The color is white not grey and the drawers on the outside are a light green with the sides of the drawers when you pull them out are teal. Very easy to assemble no tools required. Now for the bad..it is not sturdy and wobbles like crazy. Two of the bottom leg pieces are a full half an inch short. How in the world do you make a piece of furniture and not measure the legs? I tried unscrewing the other legs slightle to try and even them out..nope. i dont know if these are sold here because they are rejects but a few reviewers complained about the same thing. The company includes a way to attach it to a wall no thanks! I grew up in the 70s when my parents had a lopsided christmas tree so they tied yarn around it and tacked it to the wall to keep it straight..same premise! Im keeping the piece, it's too much of a hassle to send back. Im sure the hubs can figure something out.UPDATE I contacted Amazon to see if the manufacturer could send new feet. Customer service as always was fantastic! They arranged ups pickup and i had a new table 2 days later. This one was way better and even packaged better than the first one. There is still a slight wobble which my husband fixed by adding washers on the feet that were slightly shorter but way better than the first table.

Beautiful and very built. It is a quality table and I am glad that I spent a little extra to get this one. I will look into Polaski furniture for future purchases.

This table is pretty and well made. The real surprise, though, was how well designed it is for easy assembly and how well packaged for safe arrival. Someone put some thought into this and I appreciate it!

Needed a narrow table to go at the end of the bed to be used as a tv stand. Perfect size!

Shipped without damage and was packaged extremely well! It looks awesome and the picture provides great detail of the table.

This Pulaski entrance table is beautiful, I would recommend it.
