I absolutely love this patio set. It is very well made. Beautiful teak wood and easy to assemble, with all hardware there. The chairs are comfortable, no need for cushions. I give this dining set an A+. My family will enjoy it for many years.

I wanted to update this review: the company did send a new chair and the teakwood conditioner that was missing in the original order. The lady I spoke with when I called the company was very nice and told me it would take several weeks to resolve the issue but they did indeed do it. I have changed my rating to 5 stars because this patio set is lovely, sturdy and we are enjoying it very much. First let me say this patio set is beautiful and very sturdy. If you are looking for a substantial patio set made from Teak this is really lovely...however, one of the chairs were broken when it arrived and the maintenance kit was not included per the description on Amazon. Sometimes that happens, right? The problem is when I call the seller (International Home Miami) the sales associate told me to send an email with pictures of the damage (which I did Friday 5/29) and the claim would be reviewed but it may take several weeks. WHAT???? This set cost almost 2,500 and they can't review immediately? Really...I was charged as soon as it shipped but it's going to take 3-4 weeks to replace the damaged chair and send the teak oil that should have been included? I will update this review once I hear back from the seller. I hope I can report good new! Stay tuned...

Love this table so much. It’s gorgeous

This is very well made. It came with pre-drilled holes, and well written instructions. The wood has been sanded smooth with no dust. It was boxed very well and practically a white glove deivery, even earlier than we anticipated!! We are very Pleased with this purchase. I recently purchased the 7-piece set featuring an oval table. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that the set was both beautiful and in flawless condition. Assembling the set presented some challenges, especially when working alone. While it is possible for one person to complete the assembly, having an additional person would make the process significantly easier and more manageable. One notable drawback of the set is the design of the chairs and table. The chairs cannot be pushed under the table, which is inconvenient. This issue appears to stem from the width of the chairs or the dimensions of the table itself; either the chairs need to be narrower, or the table should be longer and wider. Because the chairs do not fit between the legs of the table, the set occupies more space than expected.

I was more then a little leery about dropping this much coin on a picnic set that I had not seen in person. Unfortunately a hail storm had destroyed the glass top of my current set and I needed a replacement for a party I was having in less then a week. Amazon had guaranteed delivery by Thursday. I received a call from the common carrier on Wednesday and was informed that they could deliver it the following Monday or Wednesday when they had a truck in the area. This wasn't an option so I needed to borrow a pickup and drive an hour each way to pick it up myself and take a 1/2 a day out of work. I know this sounds blasphemous but shame on Amazon for guaranteeing the delivery an not being able to follow though. Now the important part- the unit arrived in some beat up boxes but nothing was damaged inside. Assembly was fairly straight forward although the directions left a fair bit to be desired. You could see where everything had been test fit before shipping which made for a relatively pain free assembly. I did have 1 chair out of the 8 that proved difficult, my suspicion was that one of the guide pins got tweaked during shipping. These are not mass produced units as you can see the pencil marks where things were marked to be drilled (these are all covered once assembled) The table went together easily also. One comment is that you can only use the umbrella when the table is fully extended. That's fine for me as I'll only fold down for winter storage but I thought it was worth mentioning. Also hold off on purchasing an umbrella base until you get the table home. There isn't much clearance between the transverse member on the table an the floor so you need to get a base that will 1) fit underneath, and 2) fit up through the opening that is precut. Why not 5 stars? It's well built and I think should last many years but I need to nitpick at this price range. There was excess glue that found its way on to some of the surfaces where it didn't belong. Im sure I can find a way to remedy it but shouldn't have to. One of the screws for the table was bent which had me scrambling off to the hardware store. For 2000+ dollars you can't throw in a few extra screws? Combined with Amazon's shipping debockle and it's 4 stars. If your a wood lover the grains are beautiful. These are heavy beefy pieces that are wide and strong enough for your largest guests. I have little fear of them turning into deck missiles like my aluminum set in high winds. I received many compliments from my guests about what a beautiful set it was. If I hold up my part of the bargain by oiling the teak wood regularly, then I'm sure it will holdfast for a long time. I will update this in a year,

If you want teak furniture this is the best deal out there. This was $7,000 cheaper than another set I priced at a top line teak retailer. It took me 2 1/2 hours to assemble and clean up the packaging materials. I essentially saved $2,800 an hour. This is high quality, heavy duty teak that looks amazing.

This product it is exactly as advertised. I absolutely love it. My son put it together in an afternoon. The chairs are sturdy, heavy duty, and nice width, and depth. The table has a really interesting centerpiece that can make it a six seater instead of an eight seat. Really good quality. I had to contact customer service because one piece of one chair was cracked. They sent out another chair immediately to replace this one. They also included a nice gift which is a cover for winter time very impressed with this company, their customer service, and the quality of the set.

Great set and all pieces were easily put together, one chair needed some glue but not a big problem. Looks fantastic on our cottage deck and is very comfortable. Our only complaint was on the delivery process which was very bad. No time established and when it did arrive the truck was not equipped to deliver to a residence. We literally had to unload it ourselves from a tractor trailer.
