It fits my office chair perfectly and provides good support for the back. The massage functionality is fantastic and heating part is an excellent extra. I honestly expected that thing to be a gimmick but after having a go I have to say it is absolutely brilliant.

This product is brilliant ,I have a 4 star because it does not come with a car cable ,the one I got is too big for the socket hence it keeps disconnecting but the actual product is lush and it has made driving so much easier. The relief after a long drive is enormous and the bonus for me is the gradual heat- just enough.

I love this back support cushion. Due to my lower back pain, I sit on a small sofa to work at my laptop. I have placed the support cushion on the sofa and it works perfectly as a solid bt comfortable back support. The added luxury of having the shiatsu massage feature is brilliant as I enjoy switching that on time to time for a back massage while I am working.

Way too soft. Could barely feel the massage function, it was like being lightly tickled, certainly not to the level of a massage. Also only works when plugged in, which makes it useless unless you’re sitting very close to a plug given the cable is pretty short. Plus, the only way to operate it is a little button the side, which is really hard to press when you’re sitting with your back against it. You have to stand up and turn around every time you want to turn it on or off (a little remote would be a much better idea!) Will be returning, as not good enough for intended purpose.

Great item, but it's ONLY for an office chair or possibly small car. Looks big on the picture but not suitable for me as I have just had back surgery. Note to who might buy.?.... the massage is GREAT but Strong. I so wish it'd been around years ago........possibility no back surgery!!!!? HONESTLY if your youngest only have achy back from sitting too long REALLY recommend you get it. It would be a game charger for your future health.

You can also turn this feature off entirely. The third button from the top is for the heat option: there are two levels you can select from, or completely turn the heat off. The lowest button is the timer. The timer function allows you to set the duration of your massager to 15, 30, or 60 minutes. This cushion requires an electrical outlet to be plugged into. I love this massaging cushion because it fits an office chair perfectly and provides everything you need in a compact tool that pampers you with a shiatsu massage (rather than vibrations) to your lower back, and also provides soothing heat. It’s the perfect combo of pressure + warmth after sitting all day or just get some pain relief. The memory foam support is actually comfortable even when the massage is off — it adds really good lower-back support for my office chair. The strap on the back keeps it from sliding, and the controls on the side are easy to reach. I use it at my desk and will try to use in the car. Good If you’re dealing with stiffness or back. Totally worth it.

I love this Comfier back lumbar support pillow. It is light weight, portable, easy to use, and solidly built with a smooth ergonomic design. The lumbar support pillow is nice, but the button where you are adjusting it to the cord is way too short. The cord needs to be much longer.
