I bought the book for my 15 year old Daughter,She read the Volume 1& said it's interesting .

It is a great novel based on mystery thrillers and adventure which makes me feel happy for bought it. I am fan of Satyajit ray and like to read his written novels and work and work based on him. In my opinion, i think for me Sherlock and fedula has equal weightage. I read its vol 1 and now reading vol 2. I am really happy with penguins work and efforts to bring this work in the chronological order.

If you like Byomkesh Bakshi type of mystery stories then this book is for you. The stories were written for Teenagers but they are equally enjoyed by Adults.

Intreaguing

It was a gift to my son (11yrs). Wish he could read the Bengali version. It just took few hours to get himself immersed with the immortal characters of feluda, Topse and Jatyu!Btw, thanks to the seller .. very responsive and quick to follow up with DHL on the delivery details.

Had watched the couple of movies (made in Bangla) for Feluda's adventures, but reading the complete collection was like revisiting an old friend. The translation from Bangla to English has not lost any of the pace or effect. Overall a very good read.
