Very poor quality but does the job very well
The product does the job within the quality of the product is kind of bad and it is it is a bit hard to use the chain keeps falling of the gears inside the box while using it so only the quality of the product is bad but it does the job he cleans the chain very well the quality is only bad and it is not worth Rs.400 but I think all of you guys should buy it even though the quality is bad

Good product
This is a very useful tool to keep your cycle's chain clean but I faced some issues. I noticed that the inner brushes and the mechanisms were all falling apart and they were all very sloppy. Other than that I don't think there's any other problem.

Build quality can be improved
The build quality is not good . Also the product is no made by lista it is a local product given in a plastic box

Missing parts and bad condition
Missing parts, the handle is missing in the box.Amazon packing is was good but the item package was very old and it was in open condition. The handle and one of the wheel inside is missing. I do not recommend this item.

Handle is missing in the package
It got delivered on May-5th-2022 and found the handle of the tool is not included in the pack.I raised a return request to Amazon and they said the item cannot be returned as its a nonreturnable item.Instead, they were ready to give either refund or ship another one as a replacement.I opted for replacement as I really needed it.While waiting for the replacement to arrive, I gave a try with the tool but without the handle.With the chain placed inside the tool, while rotating the pedal in the backward direction, the chain was not moving through the tool and I was not able to rotate the pedal. So the first product was not functional with a missing handle.On May-6th I got the replacement and that also came without the handle.Again called Amazon and they offered either refund or another replacement.But this time, I chose for refund as I lost faith in the vendor.When tested I was able to rotate the pedal backward with this.Since I already cleaned my chain on 5th-May, without the tool, I did not try it to check how effective they are in doing the job.

Best cycle cleaner
I use it by keeping degreaser in and then pedaling the ccle backwards it is eay to use and install pretty effective the spray goes in really well from the small holes which are present it makes it easy to use the size is perfect it will have long longevity because material is really hard
