Q: How do you clean it? Mine smells of mold and I’ve only had it for a month

My wife let’s the bristles soak overnight every couple weeks in a vinegar solution

No, they are integrated into the wooden handle.

Q: How do you clean the brush?

I leave it standing overnight in a glass with with water and washing liquid. Then if you really want 'clean' you can wipe down with a Q-Tip + Tooth pick.

Q: Will the bristles leave scratches when used to clean the kitchen sink?

Typical sink is stainless steel and hard to scratch. I use mine to clean my dishes and not my sink. These bristles are not that abrasive
