Everything we needed was in this kit to install it, besides an adjustable wrench and thread lube/sealant (aka pipe dope) Installation process was straightforward and easy if you just slowed down and went step by step. All of the many different connections fitted tightly and securely and didn't have a single leak. Make sure you use a wrench that is smooth jaw and not one with teeth so you dont scratch the chrome surface up. You really can't put it together wrong so don't worry about having experience or not. Just follow the directions and it will turn out like a pro did it. Just don't over tighten! The chrome finish looks great too. Having the swing arm is beneficial especially if you have a 2 compartment sink allowing you to use the water in either or. The hand sprayer really has some force behind it! Really gets food off surfaces that's stuck on really good. I can't come up with any design flaws and don't have an negative comment or concern, at all. It was carefully designed with real life, actuall use in mind. It's user friendly. The hand held hooks out of the way when not in use. There is a secondary on off handle that way you can set your tempature you want by the hot and cold handles and leave it. And use the top handle to turn the faucet on and off, that way the same temp will always be the same, how you want it. The all metal design makes it one solid fixture. Built to last! With this faucet having many functions, ease of installation, no leaks, well designed and well made,great looking and easy to use, I would say the value for the money is on point with this product.

It is of excellent quality, and I received it in California because so many fixtures have Prop 65 warnings. The valves feel nice and smooth. Water turns on and off completely. The hand sprayer is comfortable to use. It looks like any traditional commercial kitchen faucet. The size is suitable for three basin sinks.
