Vallejo Thinner Medium, 17 ml

I generally use this medium 1/1 with acrylic paints when airbrushing miniatures. I’ve used this with Vallejo, Army Painter, and some no-name cheap acrylic paints, and it’s worked great across the board. No clogs, very consistent coverage. The tiny bottle isn’t the best value, but it’s convenient when mixing small quantities.

I bought a 12 pack of liquid paper in and it was really thick. After opening the bottle it gets even gets thicker and clumpy. This worked wonderfully. Thinned out the liquid paper without being too watery.And i'm able to use!!

My first paint thinner and it does exactly what I would expect it to everytime. Tip for other beginners- for small amounts of paint just use a drop or two of thinner then a toothpick head worth of color. Mix and paint color on a plastic spoon to see if you like the tone. If not mix in new color one toothpick head at a time

Works as it should

Works to thin some paint, but paint by number paints recieved dry are a lost cause.

It's east to dry out the Warhammer paint pot, as we had to find out the hard way. Anyhow, thanks to another review here we learned of this thinner, and we restored the dried paint to new. This is a good product and does the trick. We used about 4-5 drops, closed the pot completely and waiting about 3 days; opened it up and joila, good as new.

I paint miniatures so having properly thinned paints is a must. They have to spread evenly and easily and have a uniform consistency. I used water and lahmian medium among other thinners before I stumbled upon this one. There is no comparison. This thinner gets the paints perfect and all it takes is a couple of drops. I never have any trouble keeping my details sharp even with multiple coats.
