ITS A HONEST REVIEW I HAVE BOUGHT BEFORE GST IT WAS 12,300/- ONLY GOOD PRODUCT USING SINCE 10 JUNE AND IT IS GOOD SERVICE I HAVE PRE ORDER FOR INSTALATION AND IS RUNNING GOOD I HAVE SEEN AQUAGUARD ITS NOT WORTH ALL INSIDE CANDLE AND UV ARE SAME EVERYTHING IS SAME LIKE AQUAGUARD BUT AQUAGUARD IS EXPENSIVE JUST FOR THE NAMEBUY LIVPURE I THOUGHT I SHOULD SEE FIRST ALL THE SYSTEM FROM INSIDE EVERYTHING IS SAME LIVPURE AND DONT BUY EVEN KENT RO WORST SERVICEI HAD PROBLEM FIRST WITH LIVPURE THE FITTING WAS NOT PROPERLY BUT I CALLED THE TECNICIAN HE CAME IN 4 HRS AND FIXED IT WELL AND NOW RUNNING GOOD I WILL GIVE 5 STARS TO LIVPURE THANKS TO LUMINUS

Very good product, Value for money.Using from last one month, Adaptor issue reported & same changed the day I reported.Good water test & can use for multiple sorce of water like from Borewell, Tank water or Municipal water. Currently using Municipal water with incoming water TDS 200, after Livpure by adjusting TE knob its 40.Product is good but need to keep lot of patience in case of installation. Installed after one week from the date of delivery. Lack of knowledge or no training to installation person. He just installed the product & left. As have TDS meter so checked the water TDS & it shown 8 which is not good for health. So adjusted to 40 with TE known. Also he not followed the installation process as per manual. He suppose to pass water with individual cartridge at least for both carbon filter but he installed as is so carbon deposited in water tank, this experience may change from region to region. so need to check installation process carefully. Just removing one star for installation process, else overall product is good.

Too many issue when using for high TDS water, parts fails frequently and no alternate parts fits in the enclosure properly, OEM spare parts are too costly. better too go for assembled purifier with quality parts.

The media could not be loaded. Water purifier provided by Livpure are faulty. There is continuous leakage problem and adaptor connection issues. Service of livpure is Worst. They are very unprofessional persons and don't care to solve customer issues. They are many good water purifiers available at this price range from other manufacturers. Never go for Livpure water purifier.

I Sanjib Naik, now staying in Bangalore, whitefield area, and drinking water is a Hard water. Hence thought to buy RO. Received order of Livpure Pep Star Ro+Uv+Uf+Te Water Purifier product is as described, performance is as per the expectation, and Price is also the appropriate. Before buying order product, I compared with multiple different brand. However, I found given feature, and performance is really valued after use this one. I can recommend, if any one thinking to buy the RO with the feature UV+UF+TE, this product could be a good choice.

No installation Facility, bad service, product is also bad condition

WATER TASTE IS GOOD. I AM USING FOR BOTH GROUND WATER AND MUNICIPAL WATER. THE INSTALLATION PERSON IS ADVICING TO USE PRE FILTER WHICH NEED TO BE PURCHASED SPERATELY. CHARGED Rs.600 (including filter container + filter). Filter need to be changed once in a 4 months depend upon usage. Installation person can provide you.My feed back basing on usage of past 1 month.

Friends please don't buy this , I'm fed up with this product,As I bought this on 2019 August , so I'm giving review after 2 years use , in this period I had lots of issues , every time defferent defferent issues , some time for 7 liters pure water , almost 40 to 50 liters of of water going for waste , this issue I faced 3,4 times, I used call local service guy and will come fix something , but after 3-4 weeks problem raises again .... Some filter issues, Power cable issues, totally 8 to 10 times I had problems in this 2 years..🙏
