This is not zero sugar. It is ensuring the sugar release is uniform which is great. But u can just as well but BROWN SUGAR or jaggery and replace refined sugar . It has same effect

A nice product for diabetic patients
Product is really nice and it doesn't hamper the sugar levels. You can put in any beverage or dessert.I just didn't like the packaging because it moisten the product
