Works as promised. The silicon film on top is thin but has been working without issues. It stretches from a small size to a large size and holds on to your leg's skin preventing water from seeping in. You can wear it even with your cast shoes and can take bath in shower. Just remember to wipe the outside dry before trying to remove it.

I fractured my leg a few months ago and needed this cover to protect the cast from water while showering. It did a great job! The rubber at the top comfortably stuck to my leg ensuring no water droplets were able to seep through.I did have a scare the first time I used it, as the water droplets create temporary stains on the plastic giving the illusion that water has gone through, when in reality it hasn't. These stains go as soon as the plastic dries. But the heart attack I had the first time is the reason I am deducting 1 star.Overall great quality, durable product that I was able to use for the 2 months that I needed it.

It serves the purpose well. When placing the order I was a little doubtful about whether it would fit or slip as it is obviously created for a universal size. But it fit well and also the plaster did not get wet or damn even a tiny bit which is what is most important.

Others should know the item is aware of money. What to do of durability.No comfort and effectiveness.It would hurt the thi.

This product is a must-have if you have a fracture and a cast on your leg. It makes the whole bath routine so much easier! It provides a secure, waterproof seal, keeping my cast completely dry. While the water-proofing sleeve is excellent, the two plastic rings between which it is embedded, are poorly made. After about 5 days of usage, the 2 plastic rings come apart, while putting on / taking off the sleeve. If one is using this as a cover for an arm cast, then forget putting on/taking off the sleeve, by yourself. You will require two hands to hold the two plastic rings together, while sliding the sleeve up/off your arm.
