Not for ED!
Difficult to use for ED! Need to be at least semi hard to get into this! My husband and myself did enjoy it once we figured it out but I don't know how much he enjoyed it compared to the difficulties of putting it on. I would not recommend to anyone with ED.

Just an FYI- when it arrived we were SHOCKED by the size - its much bigger than we thought and useless to us.

Material easily rips/tears
Unless you have tiny testicles, this extender easily tears/rips with putting on/taking off penis. Wasted my money. Tore/Ripped after only three uses.
