The panel is as described. It is durable, shapes easily, and is attractive. My only complaint is that the plastic is not opaque. You can see some of the background that the panel is mounted upon.

Used as a backplate for a bathroom fan over a tiled wall/pre-existing vent aperture. Easy to cut with a jigsaw. Bit transparent (6mm thick) but a coat of paint on back sorted that. Pretty solid/stabke
