Q: How true to size are these and should i go up a size, i wear xl normally?

Beware! The size chart attached to this listing is incorrect. According to the chart a medium is 38-40 but the package says 32-34.

Q: Are these the non cotton, silk like, strechy boxers that feel and look nothing at all like the old all cotton boxers from the past? I hope so.
