Bought this item on a whim before a road trip and it works great! The suction is strong and the holder is sturdy. You can use it multiple ways and it was great for filming time lapsed videos. Great buy!

The best thing about this phone holder is it comes with multiple combinations along with a low price. You can either mount to an air vent or use suction base either in windshield or dashboard which s really cool. It is very easy o install and the suction cup is pretty strong, works well. It holds the phone properly, which is very good. The phone doesn't fall while driving, which is very important while using GPS.The long arm stick makes it free to move as per requirements and rotating is very easy as per requirement. The clamps hold the phone securely while driving which is one of the thing I liked about it, preventing it from falling, holding the phone in stable condition. The phone can be rotated on portrait or landscape mode as per requirement. Also , there is a red rubber in the clamp, which protects the phone from being damaged while using.I m very much impressed with the product and liked it. The phone holder is not too expensive but works great giving various combinations to hold the phone at a low price.

When i went to put the popsocket mount onto the flexible arm, the round ball broke off immediately. Then when i tried to mount it on my metal dash (toyota rave 4, 2015) it would not hold because the suction mount was larger than the metal area and could not suction. I expected to use the clip mount on my center console but no popsocket mount was provided and the one on the flex arm was nonremovable, so the clip mount was rendered useless. I would not recommend this product unless you have at least 4" of flat metal to mount on.Update: I was contacted by the manufacturer and they offered to replace my attachments at no charge. When they arrived I found one out of about 5 that would work. The suction cup with popsocket attachment would adhere to my gps screen, although I could not see the whole screen when I do that, however I now use the gps on my phone as it seems to be more up to date anyway. So I credit the producers for getting back to me and i now have a product that will work. 1/25/2019

Not everything is useful in this kit. The vent clasp is just a 4 way cross slit cut into a piece of hard rubber. You cant really rely on it to keep the phone from moving. Its also a great way to break your vent fins from using it and taking it back off over and over. To me, they are useless. I have an old car with brittle plastic which is of the same color as the dash. I knew right away these would end up breaking them. The suction piece is good though. Thats my go too. The potato bag clip style clamp looks like it could work but it positions its attachment in an odd place to be useful and easy. I got this hoping one out of 3 would work in a real world application for delivery jobs. The suction piece is the only good piece of kit. It may seem like your wasting money with the other pieces but other pieces out there are more expensive and have more complicated parts and takes up more windshield viewing area. This is as simple and effective a suction piece with bendable arm as youd need or want. It has a universal pod that sticks on the back of the phone that fits into the clasp. I have mine positions in the far lower passenger side corner with the phone angled all the way down in front of the air con vent and turned toward me. It wont throw a picture onto my windshield, it wont take away from my visibility. For me, this is the best option out there.

Has lots of different ways you can use this . But for the price and the fact that it actually works is a plus . Exchanged two , took a chance on this won very happy 😀😀

The most important bit of information I could provide: You quite literally get 2+ car mounts for the price of 1 with this set. This comes with so many variations that even after my installation method of preference, I have enough for a vent mount and more.I've had issues in the past with how to mount my phone in the car because of its textured dashboard so I wanted an all-in-one solution with which I could play around. Turns out I don't like popsockets but REALLY like using the arm with the grips. I have 2 popsockets, a vent mount, and a popsocket attachment for the arm left after my installation of preference.The items have a good weight to them and hold well. I was worried it'd be a cheap set but it's not.Packaging isn't incredibly impressive, but the product is great.I would 100% buy this again.

I am updating my review from 5 stars to 2. It does hang on strong and fits my needs.However, the part of the arm, that attaches to the base, seems to detach on the inside and it won't hold the phone up.This has happened 3 times and I've had it. Of course, it happens after the refund or replacement period.I'll just look elsewhere for a better product.
