Better than any other probiotic I've tried!
No adverse side effects with this probiotic! I've been taking one at night for a couple of months now, and I do think it has really helped to regulate my digestive system. Also give this to my 15 year old daughter who tends to have lots of constipation issues, and it has helped her as well.

Doctor prescribed
We have been taking these probiotics for years. The doctor specifically prescribed Klare Lab probiotics. They must be working as we both are much healthier!
