Very good nut flour
This nut flour is super-easy to cook with. We use it for muffins and savory dishes, alike, and we have purchased it in this size many times over. We've never had a problem with freshness, and the taste and color are consistent.

Best Quality Almond Flour for the Money!
I've tried a few brands of almond flour including Great Value from WM, and the A-l-d-i brand. The Great Value tasted particularly stale to me, but maybe that was just a once-off. 2022 UPDATE: I now also buy the other major brand (initials BD), which is currently cheaper than this brand, but Nature's Eats is still the one to beat for the freshest taste and the purest-looking flour. I've bought this brand several times over the past two years, and it's always tasted fresh. In fact, it's so naturally sweet that sometimes I eat a spoonful right out of the bag! (No, I don't double dip.) The other brands I listed don't taste as sweet. Sometimes I use almond flour for making low-carb waffles or baked items. But on most days, I like to mix it to make a quick, healthy, no-bake "pudding" dessert with organic soy milk, plain yogurt, plain pumpkin, organic cinnamon, organic peanut butter, organic cacao nibs (for crunch) and a few other things I like. As a bonus, the price here is still $2-$3 dollars less per 4-lb bag than what I've paid at WM, and I have it in my Subscribe and Save list to save even more.

More nutritious and tastes better than other gluten free products.
I use this almond flour in my gluten free bread recipes. It has more body and flavor than the rice based gf flour. The good fat in almonds and the protein make it more nutritious, plus it has less carbs. In my cornbread muffins I use equal parts plain cornmeal and almond flour.

Not bad, just different from Whole Foods 365 or Bob's Red Mill
We have been using WF365 or Bob's Red Mill almond flour. WF was out of stock and since we use a lot, we decided to look for larger size options. Our first one arrived with a gash in the side so flour all over the box. Luckily this was the only item in the box. Next one was OK. First batch of Keto rolls we noticed that the color is very different from WF365 or Bob's Red Mill. These are pale. The ones we have made with WF365 or Bob's were darker and had an almost blue hue. Wondering what might be why these are different. We found the texture to be similar. Can anyone else compare baking with this vs WF365 or Bob's?

The used by date says it's best before September 2020, but I when I bake anything using this almond flour, it tastes stale. I've seen some other comments that mention the odd taste. Very disappointed. I have a huge bag of stale almond flour now - I can't even return it!
