Thanks to desertcart they are giving me my money back. I think this is a good idea but the cheap plastic gears are not going to cut it. I have read several ratings and 70% of them say that the gears stripped out on them as well. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Unless they redesign the gear assembly. POS Gears Broke
