It’s amazing. It comes in 4 boxes, 3 boxes came early then the 4th box came a day later, also earlier than expected. It took me 3 1/2 hours to put together and that was using an impact drill. Instructions were good enough to get the job done. Very well built and sturdy machine, preforms just as expected and feels great. The leg press and hack squat movements are very smooth and there is no shaking. This machine is everything I wanted and for the price you absolutely cannot beat it. I ordered the machine at 1000$ and a day later it dropped to $900, I messaged their customer service and same day they gave me a refund and the tracking numbers for all the boxes. 10/10 machine, 10/10 customer service.

On April 16, 2024, I ordered the GMWD combination Leg Press and Hack Squat machine with a delivery date of April 23rd. To my surprise, the unit arrived four days early and I set it up later that day.The unit is a high-quality heavy-duty system that compliments my home gym and will be able to meet all of my physical fitness demands. The only issue that I did have was that the chrome pin that attaches to the rear of the backrest did not fit into the lower leg press hole. I contacted GMWD via Amazon and their customer service representative Irene reached out to me within 24 hours. Irene was extremely helpful and professional in sending a replacement part and compensated me for my inconvenience. The replacement part arrived earlier than expected as-well and resolved my issue.Assembly Tip:Every bolt that requires a nut, requires two washers. Study each diagram closely so that you assemble each part in the correct order. Attaching the sled to the unit is definitely a two-person job. However, I did not have a second person to assist me at 1:00 AM but I was able to complete the assembly by placing the sled on the lower holder bars first and then I inserted the guide rods through the sled from the top down and then bolted the guide rods in place. Just use caution as the sled is extremely heavy and could cause a severe injury if allowed to fall.Overall, I have enjoyed using my new piece of equipment and have been completely satisfied with GMWD and their excellent customer service.Thank you Irene!

It took about 3 hours to assemble and needed help a few times as some of the pieces are heavy. The unit is well put together and sturdy.The shoulder pads will not fit well for a smaller person with narrow shoulders. My wife feels uncomfortable as shoulders are not fully supported. Works well for me and looking forward to great workouts.

The order arrived a week early! All four boxes together and packaged very well - no damage whatsoever. The pieces were clearly marked and loved how the nuts/bolts were packaged and easy to identify. I do agree with some other reviewers that the instructions could have been clearer - maybe with steps included on the pages. A couple times we put a part together only to discover that we missed a bracket or piece earlier on the same page. It was not overly difficult to figure out eventually and it took us a good 6 hours to assemble. One word of advice with the foot plate assembly that goes over the two iron bars - which by the way is the heaviest part in the package and definitely required two people - you could do it by yourself by placing the plate on the two swing handle catches located the outside of the frame - just be careful. Overall very pleased with the quality and how smooth it is - a perfect addition to our home gym!

Added some weights after assembley and have not had to make a single adjustment in a year.So smooth and stable that the weights always stayed in place on the hangers without using locks.Set it up for stamina training at 75% of body weight and have quadrupled my reps over the year.Used a dial bodyweight scale under my feet when pressing to set the weight where I wanted it because the sled holding the weights is on a track which is on a slanted (not vertical) ramp providing some mechanical advantage.Noticeable improvement when walking up steep hills and walking long distances almost effortlessly.Improved strength, stamina, tone, and development of leg muscles.Does for legs and glutes what push-ups do for arms and chest.I combine with push-ups, planks, hyperextensions, for a well rounded workout.Really a game changer. At this point I can't imagine a better tool for the job...great value too.This is the only fitness "machine" I have- and feel that I really need.

I was looking for a leg press/ squat machine. After reviewing and watching a video I decided on the GMWD. I received it January 8th. 3 very large boxes came which are labeled A,B,C.. now you probably need two people to put this together but my family was busy and I didn’t want to wait so I put this monster by myself no one helped me. The directions are well put together and you will need space for this machine. After I got it put together I unwrapped the cushioned seat and saw it had a small puncture in it. I reached out to the seller and they responded and sent me a new seat so customer service gets a 5 star. I have not had any issues with my machine. All the parts work great even when I put heavy weight on it. The leg work has been amazing. I saw people said the noise is loud with the bearing as you go up and down. I have my music playing loud in the garage when I work out so this is not an issue for me. I highly recommend this machine if your looking to take your leg workout to another level.
