Beautiful decanter

Came very well packed. Very pretty for our bar.

This is stunning we own several pieces including cups, trays, cake holders ect... we just keep coming back the pieces are well constructed and beautiful I know they will be around for generations!! Ok the negative and there is only one it/they do contain some lead this lend itself to the shine and solid weighted feel. Obviously not good so long-term storage of liquor/wine is not recommend as the lead can slowly leach into the alcohol. I don't know about you but in my house drinks don't stay in decanter more than a couple weeks. So in the beautiful piece, great cost I recommended them.-PS- I often soak mine in vinegar and water it is suppose to remove surface level lead-also these are made in plain old glass from other makers if you prefer!!!

I have two other Dublin decanters, and wanted one for a mid level Tequila. For reference, I also have a couple sets of various Dublin glasses. Thought this would look cool since the design/shape reminded me of an agave plant. Great quality, no issues with finish, solid weight, tight fitting stopper. For what it costs, you can't beat the value here. Absolutely would buy again!

Listen, you're paying around $20.00 for a "Crystal" decanter on Amazon... If you're expecting a $300.00 Waterford cut crystal decanter, you're an idiot and should evaluate how you've made it this far in life.I purchased this along with two other Godinger decanters, the Dublin Whiskey Decanter and the Dublin Wine Decanter, and all three have been absolutely great. For the price, they are exactly what I expected and I've been more than happy with my purchase. They look beautiful, they feel solid, and, wouldn't you know it, they hold liquor. What more could you want from a decanter?!?! Pow!!! You're welcome.If it helps your decision-making process I would, however, STRONGLY recommend these over the Bormioli Rocco series of decanters. I purchase a decanter set for a friend of mine and was less than pleased. Felt thin and frail, had no weight whatsoever, and the glass cork was hollow with a plastic seal. The Godinger series is far and away the better of the two options.

I was looking for some good decanters to replace the less than expensive whiskey brand bottles on my bar cart and snazz it up a bit. This decanter definitely does that! I spent a lot of time looking around Crate and barrel for decanters and everything there is starts at $36 plus. I found these are extremely beautiful and beyond cost-effective. I ended up buying three different decanter la here on Amazon for the price that one would’ve cost me at Crate and barrel. Highly recommend!

When I first took this decanter out of the box I was a little disappointed because it was not nearly as shiny as I had expected. It basically just looked like regular glass. However, as soon as I took a moment to rinse it out, then the brilliance of this piece really began to show. Don't get me wrong, it's not as beautiful as a crystal piece that is worth hundreds of dollars, but I am overall very impressed with the quality of this decanter for only ~$20. I would recommend filling it with vinegar and letting it sit there for at least 24 hours to help remove any excess lead that may be coating the inside (made in China, so you can't be too careful!). There are only two small reasons why I'm not giving this product five stars. First, the stopper forms a pretty decent seal around the opening, but it is not 100% air tight. Not a huge deal since you shouldn't store anything in the decanter for any extended period of time. At least the stopper is glass and not plastic, which is a huge plus! Additionally, there was a relatively large bubble in the glass on one of the flat sides of the decanter. I debated exchanging the decanter I got for a new one because of the bubble, but I decided that for a $20 product, it's not really worth the hassle. It's not extremely noticeable anyway unless you look close up. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase! Would buy again any time.
