This is definitely my “go to” supplement to take intra-workout. It allows me to get an extra 30-45 minutes of peak performance while lifting. It mixes well in a shaker cup but mixing by spoon will leave clumps so shake it for 10-15 seconds.I notice awesome muscle pumps while using this product, solid increases in muscle mass, and solid increases in strength. For me the taste is fantastic. The only negative for me is that it is fairly costly per serving so I tend to wait till the product is on sale to purchase.

Not sure what the taste issue was before the 'new and improved' Lemon, but this stuff is the goods, especially if you like tart/sour flavors.As an intra workout/creatine supp, seems to work fine! Grape is also very tasty!

The media could not be loaded. If you’re wondering about using this product, i am here to tell you it works! Went from 160 to 166 with no size increase in my waist at all, in fact i am still very lean but definitely put on muscle and it absolutely helps you push through those spots where you normally gas out. I’m on tub #2 and got the lemon cooler, the flavor isn’t good and isn’t bad but the first was the rainbow candy and oh man i like that one! I’m only supplementing a pre workout with this and train 3-4 days a week and it’s still putting muscle on me in spite of the 5-6 day program they recommend so if you follow this to a T you should really have good results.

Love the product, but the Mango Splash flavor is pretty gross. Grape is 100x better in my opinion.

This Product is one of the Worst , I’ve tried .. the taste is really bad !!! The product is Overhyped by guys , that take everything from Steroids, to HGH , Test , etc etc etc !! They make you believe, that the size on !! Is how they got that big !!! No way !!! Not a chance!!! I’ve tried everything under the Sun!! And this product, is just horrible!! Straight up money grab !! Save your money !!
