Hello, The backset measurement (distance from edge of door to handle spindle hole) will depend on what size tubular latch or lock is used with the door handles. We recommend a 76mm latch or lock for a lever on rose door handle, which will have a backset of 58mm. However if a 64mm latch is used it will have a backset of 45mm. I hope this helps! Yes, it does, it comes with a spindle and screws. If you are fitting to a new door you will need to buy a latch that goes inside the door.

I dint know , when I purchased them I didn’t need to buy anything else everything was there
