does the shawl button in back, or go over the head to wear such as a collar shawl ( the photo looks like a collar shawl) or open in back?

it has no button in the back,and it is go over the head(a hole in the head)

Is Purple true to color ?

I have no idea. I bought the Navy Blue and it is very much true to color

My wife is 5’2, 110lbs and it fit beautifully. She feels comfortable in it and felt like it fit her perfectly.
