This is exactly the right DHEA specified for TRT

I think taking DHEA affects people differently because everyone has a different hormonal profile. I've been taking this for about 2 weeks, half a capsule per day, so around 25mg. Prior to taking this, I had fairly dry facial skin. Lately, I have been waking up in the morning with a sheen on my face. Granted, it's summer time, so the soaring temperature may have something to do with it. But I believe the DHEA is indeed converting into androgens in my body. I also had very dry eyes, and the DHEA is helping somewhat. Based on my readings, there are androgen receptors inside the eye lids, and without adequate amount of androgen in the body, the eyes cannot make lubricants to keep the eyes moist. If you have experienced very dry eyes you know how painful it can be. My eyes are still on the dry side, but lately I haven't been feeling pain. What a relief. Energy wise, I can't tell if the DHEA is making a difference. If you are new to DHEA, I recommend that you start with a small dose and work your way up. I think 25mg per day is enough for me.

No negative things to say about the DHEA. Only 2 weeks in but seems to have the quality of much higher priced products. I'll update if needed.

Definitely helps me sleep better. I also notice I’m more calm when I take it. Not sure if that’s supposed to happen. lol Small positive strength and motivation changes as well.
