I love this stuff! I enjoy making individual baked custards, with a tablespoon or two of this coconut in each little cup. It's also delicious out of hand. Never too dry or too floppy; the texture is perfect. I also can vouch for the awesome granola recipe on the package. It's the easiest granola I've ever made, and hands down the best. Two bowls, one pan, bake, cool, and put into a half gallon jar. Easy peasy, get out the milk or yogurt and dig in. I'll be back for more for sure!

This is the best product I have found for making my coconut milk at home. The organic content is excellent, the smell is fresh. The thickness is perfect for making milk with. And has been a game changer in my overall health. Great to use in many recipes!

I just LOVE opening the bag because the aroma is as delicious as the flavor and each time is as good as the last. Love these over smoothie bowls and baked cereal bowls to give them that special touch, flavor, and crunch. I am sold on this brand and will keep it on hand at all times as I consume it everyday! LOVE IT!

They are so good! I love the big flakes that they are and not shredded like you mostly find. I eat it in my yogurt every morning. It gives good texture to it plus a good source of fiber.

My favorite coconut snack! The flakes are really pure and the natural, allowing the tasty coconut flavor comes through. They're just moist enough and not too hard (like some of the other coconut flakes I've had). I eat these from a little bowl while watching TV or working with my computer and keep refilling. Also, there's no added sugar, which is a huge bonus. My only problem now is that I finished the bag too quickly and ran out. I'd have some right now, but there's no more.

These flakes seem on the dry side. And... This rating would be HIGHER if I could reorder for the $13.49 price. Why are they pricing these out of range? Because they are popular?? I made bacon flakes from a package of these. Yummy. Seemed a bit dry to start ... but after combing with soy sauce and smoke sauce and maple syrup, they baked up perfect.
