I used some of this in my palak paneer recipe. It helped a lot. This seems to be the real deal; when you first open it the aroma is INTENSE. To be honest, that was a week ago and I have since had to hide the container inside two ziploc bags and a reused cottage cheese tub. Absolutely wild. Very pleased!
