Must recommended, I would say, use it over night and even in tough situations of ear wax in about 2 times use, the wax really does lighten n float up and super easy to remove it. I highly recommend this after two uses of the product since its purchase. a really safe for all people product also , too bad indian markets do not sell it and neither do our USELESS E N T docs ever give this wax cleaner, stupid and mediocre as they r and commercial poor side of indian medicine. However, the delivery time is around 2 weeks which is kinda the only weakness Even an ordinary ear bud works fine once the wax floats atop.

Its a bit pricey, than other earwax removal drops available in the market & the performance of this product varies from person to person. Don't expect that it will do some magic to your earwax & everything will be cleared in a single day. I purchased it for my 5 year old son & it worked well for his case.The earwax came out within 3 -4 days. In my case it took almost more than 2 weeks to get rid of the earwax.So please be patient.

Tips: 1) MAKE SURE TO LET IT SIT FOR A FULL 30min. I got impatient and tried after 15min with limited results, I then forced myself to let it sit for 30min and tried again and sure enough, out came the wax. 2) You need a water bulb too, use warm water, and make sure you insert it into your ear as far as its comforable and push hard on the bulb. You want a very strong jet of water to break apart and push out the wax plug. I tried maybe 10-15 times before getting it up in my ear and pushing hard before it finally came out. Other than that, its very simple. Drops in the ear, wait 30min, flush it out with hard jet of warm water, success!

Product is not so effective as it claims

I. Got cheated. I was sent the medicine which expired in dec 21. I did not realise it until I finally opened it today. And saw the expiry date was Dec 21. While I bought the product in Nov 21.

Expensive and does nothing..used it for 5 continuous days

My ear had a small piercing ball stuck in it and was very clogged with earwax to the point where not only could I not get any of it out with any tool for that, but I couldn’t hear and my equilibrium was WRECKED for a few days. I didn’t know what to do and was not home so I didn’t want to go to a doctor. I looked up what I should do, this was recommended, ordered it immediately, and the problem was solved in LITERALLY FIVE MINUTES FLAT! I used maybe fifteen drops? Still have the entire rest of the bottle. If that ever for some reason happens again or anyone I know ends up with a cloggy ear, this is the stuff. No pain or discomfort, just a little fizzy sound and was a little cool feeling at first then very slightly warm. Definitely recommend. I was pretty scared to actually use it but it was a piece of cake.

Genial producto. Uno de mis oídos completamente obstruido. Escuchaba como aire y silbidos. Hay que ser paciente, las primeras 3 veces solo expulsó basurilla al usar una bombita de agua china que compré aquí. A la cuarta ocasión se destapó completamente y expulsó mucha cerilla obscura, quedó tan limpio que el oído contrario ahora parece tapado cuando era el libre.

Works well

Can feel the difference from the first use! I had so much wax build up that I could hear a pulse in my ear. After the first use (flushing my ear with a syringe after) the pulse is almost entirely gone and hearing has improved.
