Yes these are naturally fermented using a classic salt brine. Not all of their pickled products are fermented like this some like (“Bread & Butter”) pickles use a vinegar/sugar brine

This item is one 33oz jar of pickles and they do NOT cost $132.42. I’ve seen items marked as considerably overpriced when the inventory is either extremely low or unavailable. I believe it’s a way of maintaining the listing until more product is available.

Q: Are your kosher dill pickles pasturized or heated in processing? if so what temperature do you heat them to?
