FELIWAY MultiCat Starter Kit for Cats (Diffuser and 48 ml vial)

I live in a large house with several roommates, one of whom has a cat. I have a cat. I thought (hoped) they would become friends. I was very, very wrong. For the last 6 months I've lived here, there have been daily catfights, yowling, hissing, and chasing. It's been really stressful because I care about both of these kitties and I had such hopes that their cohabitation would be beneficial and sweet. My fellow cat-owner housemate mentioned the pheromone plug-in idea and this was the brand that seemed to have the best results based on the reviews I've read across all of their listed products. I decided 15 bucks was worth taking a chance on, so I got this starter kit and plugged it into the outlet in the space where they tend to interact the most (the upstairs landing which is a large open area that looks down on the stairs and hallway below. I figured the pheromones would more easily emanate down to the bottom floor from there and cover more ground). So far I've had it plugged in for about 2 weeks and there hadn't been a single brawl in all that time (at least none that I or my housemate have witnessed). Additionally, my housemate has noticed that her kitty has become especially affectionate, even more than she already was. All in all, this has been a really great purchase and it's made all of our lives that much less stressful! Plus our kitties are no longer scratched up from their animosity. I'll definitely be buying refills and probably at least one more wall plug so I can have more of our shared spaces covered.

To make a long story short, I rescued a pregnant cat from some woods and she had 6 kittens. Given the hassle of giving away kittens these days, I became a crazy cat lady by default. 4 boys and 2 girls, everything was fine until right at 1 year. Then we had to separate the girls(yes, I need a group fixing discount lol) and the boys... Well, first came the disturbing SVU scenes, which was bizarre and unsettling. THEN came the fur flying flat out FIGHTS. And some outside-the-box urination, which is absolutely not something I can handle. So, I turned to Google and voila, Feliway. The reviews vary some site to site but with an average of 4 stars, I was cautiously hopeful there must be something to it. After a whole week, I feel I can reasonably recommend this product. The whole dynamic has changed. It's not purrfect but it won't be until I can arrange to get everyone to the vet. Meanwhile, It's like kitty Prozac you don't have to get bitten to administer.

I am dealing with high levels of stress, and so are my cats. I was recommended this product by the Vet. I got it and plugged it in. Within 30 minutes, it was too hot to be able to touch. However, the reason I give it 4 stars is because I could tell that my cats are noticeably more calm. So I plug it in for 30 minutes before a stressful situation and then unplug it and set it near where they sleep in a ceramic bowl. If it wasn't for the heat up problem, I'd rate this 5 stars.

Got this item and works great but you need to keep an eye on it. Just got awoken at 6am to my Carbonmonoxide detector going off. After making a search and testing detector in fresh air noticed heat coming from the plug in not 3ft from where the detector was. Unpluged it and singed my fingers it was so hot. Outlet itself not hot nor was other pluged in outlet. Moved detector near the hot plug in and it went off again. So great product out cats are more mellow and chill around each other but check ur plugins on a weekly basis.

Did not work whatsoever. I've tried it in a couple spots at this point where they spend a lot of time together, zero difference. If anything the one cat that is the instigator seems even more territorial and aggressive. She was literally standing less than a foot away from it and lost her mind when the other cat walked by. On top of that, it does get hot to the point of concern too. This stuff was expensive and hugely disappointing.

This is really working! We have two cats and the male is aggressive to the younger female, both fixed, they would fight and we've tried everything.. Even time out etc lol. We were using the feliway spray when they would fight and it would subdue them but they grew to hate it..would run from us. They didn't like the spray and it was only reactive - used after problem started. This diffuser is wonderful!! The fights are super rare and if they do happen it's not so bad - we hesitated for mths bc of all the melting /fire reviews. I really worry about fire. But we took the leap, first wk only used it when we were home but all is good - we still check it often but no burning, etc.. After a mth we noticed it was low but still had fluid. I just ordered the replacement then and we changed so there was no chance of melting. Love this!!!

My Cats had been getting really irritated at each other lately and I had one of these in the living room where they were calmest. (720 sq ft radius) I bought a second one for our bedroom and there haven't been any issues.

I bought this product to help my resident cat adjust to a new kitten in the home. While I did notice a slight change in the cats' behavior, my resident cat experienced a severe reaction. Within 24 hours of plugging in the diffuser, my cat's eyes were producing a runny discharge, she was having trouble opening them and they were extremely red. The vet stated that this could be an allergic reaction or a flare-up of feline herpes. My cat does not have a current diagnosis of feline herpes, but it is not uncommon and this product can be a trigger for a reaction. I would suggest keeping a close eye on all pets when using this product to make sure they are having no negative reactions. I really regret wasting the money on a product that then incurred additional vet and medication fees.

No Refund of returned item till now .The item was defective. Return request was approved. Item was picked up for Return on 03 April 2025. But till now no refund is received.

The product arrived today but even before getting a chance to use it I can't because it has a US Type A power plug.

We have four male and six female cats. Theoretically, the system should work; we would have needed a substantial number of pheromone dispensers to work in our case. One unit probably would work with a lesser number of cats

No sé si en verdad funciona… llegué a una nueva casa a vivir con roomies y resulta que esta casa además de mi gatita hay otras 2, una de 9 meses y otra de 6 años. Compré las feromonas para que las gatitas se adaptaran y no hubieran conflictos. La chiquita y la mía se llevan bien, pero la otra sigue atacando a mi gatita y hasta la puerta de mi cuarto… Talvez sólo sirve para gatos pequeños o de la misma edad… no lo sé
