Thought I'd take a chance and buy an inexpensive portable low-cost umbrella for my kid to use in light rain/showers, even though this product had no reviews. On its third use, the retractable shaft got stuck, then bent when my son tried to loosen it. Soon after, it snapped. The product description calls the shaft "sturdy." What a joke! This is a piece of junk—not even fit for basic use! Sneeze hard enough, and it'll probably invert. You get even less than what you pay for. Me feel foolish!Note: He's had a Cars themed children's umbrella that has lasted 5+ years.

Bought as a gift... the person liked it.

I purchased these umbrellas for our school safety patrol students and after using them 2 or 3 times they broke, even the one I was using, so it was not from abuse of the umbrellas.

So, opened it up, pushed the thing up to lock it and it unhappily sliced my thumb open. If it didn't have blood on it, I would return it!!

The first light windy, rain day broke two of the inner connecting rods. Cheap, cheap. Will not buy again.

Didn't last. Broke after using twice. Would not recommend to anyone!

I only received the fabric cover - not the actual umbrella!

I only had the opportunity to use the umbrella twice before it broke. The metal framing bent easily and disfigured.
