This attachment takes cleaning to the max. You may never vacuum during the day again because at night the will allow you to see every crumb, every hair! After purchasing a new higher line Dyson for a different property, I could never go back to regular vacuuming. While this might not be quite as good as the Dyson version, it is the perfect upgrade for my old Animal.

This is an after-market, 3rd party replacement for a Dyson fluffy optic laser head (please see compatibility models on Amazon’s product page). I have a Dyson V 15 Detect, my all-time favorite vacuum, and thought it a good idea to have replacement parts on hand, just in case. The fluffy cleaner head is meant for hard-floor vacuuming, including wood, laminate and tile with the special feature of green light rays that illuminate the floor for ultra visibility of dust and dirt. This particular after-market part advertises an improved, wider angle green light. So, I set out to compare the original to this version. When you look at this product and the original Dyson part, you will not be able to tell them apart, including the printing on the housing. That is pretty impressive. A lot of after-market products are made on a more budget-friendly basis that you can visibly determine through missing fine details like prints, etc. Next, this needed to click into the wand as easily as the original. It did. Now to the performance. The cleaning head engaged with the motor drive and performed as well as the original. Of course, outstanding performance is primarily due to the Dyson motor. Now I was wondering about the claim that the green light had an improved wider angle. Wider angle than what? Wider angle than a former Lemige part? Or perhaps a wider angle than an older Dyson model? It definitely does not have a wider angle than the original V15 Dyson fluffy optic laser head. The angle is the same on both heads (please see picture, first of this head, then of the original Dyson head). So, that statement is a little ambiguous, and I had to duly deduct a star rating. I guess, if you have an older model Dyson without this particular optic head, you will love the improvement! This replacement part is very well executed and mirrors the original to a T. As a bonus, it also comes with the hair detangling tool. At $58.99, this replacement part is not inexpensive. So, is it worth, investing in this? The answer is yes! I looked up the price for an original OEM fluffy head replacement on the Dyson site, and it is listed as $95.99, and that part does not include the LED lighting. The laser optic heads are usually out of stock, but have a $160.00+ price tag attached.

I purchased the Lemige LED Fluffy Soft Cleaner Head Replacement for my Dyson SV25 vacuum, and it’s been perfect for keeping up with my pets’ hair. It picks up cat and dog hair really well, and it works effortlessly on both wood and tile floors. The green LED light is a nice touch. Makes it easier to see dust and debris in corners and under furniture. While it’s not an OEM part, this aftermarket attachment performs very well. My only minor gripe is that the LED light is positioned on the side rather than the middle, which would have made visibility even better. Overall, this replacement head works great and has made cleaning up after my pets part of my twice-a-day routine much easier. Definitely a solid value for the price.

I have other vacuums that have a light on the front, but nothing comes close to what this Dyson fluffy soft cleaner head replacement with a green light can accomplish. I've had my Dyson V8 Pet stick vacuum for over 5 yrs now and have now replaced everything on it except the motor, the long stick tube, and the charging base. For years I've scolded my husband for his half completed vacuum jobs and he never understand what I was complaining about. Didn't I just watch him run the vacuum over all of the wood floor? What he wasn't grasping is that vacuuming is more than just briskly pushing and pulling a vacuum across the floor and calling it good. However, all of that changed when I put this new head on the Dyson and it's like an all new dimension opened up before him! The green light on this head is at a spectrum and brightness that it literally makes every piece of dirt, dust, cat litter, cat hair, and anything else on the floor, light up like uranium glass! After 25 years, my husband was finally seeing what I'd been saying and this green light actually adds a flavor of fun as you try and clear all of this glowing objects from a room before you can advance to another. While the glow light is the highlight of this cleaner head, the entire head is extremely well made so far very durable, despite being bashed into molding and furniture on a daily basis. The roller is actually a much nicer quality than the Dyson one, and provides a little more bulk to more easily pull up cat hair and dirt, but without adding extra weight and for a fraction of the price, and that's for the entire head that fits perfectly! Seriously, even if your current Dyson head is working find, you still need to buy this one and take your vacuuming to an entire new level!
