I purchased this for my Konica Minolta PagePro 1390 MF.I was skeptical at first when ordering because this product isn't made by KM or a recommended toner cartridge producer but I figured I would give it a try. It comes in durable packaging; cartridge in a thick plastic sleeve to prevent leaking, heavy covering on the toner roller, and then it is all placed in a heavy box that the cartridge fits snugly into to prevent jostling around during shipping. It was shipped in a heavily padded Amazon pouch.I placed it into the toner cartridge holder, slid it into my printer, and it printed beautifully. I will purchase this again when needed.

The cartridge would print but there were multiple clicks to get there.Apparently the printer didn't accept it as an OEM replacement.As such, you had multiple mouse clicks each time to acknowledge that this wasn't an OEM acceptable replacement.I returned the cartridge.

This toner ink replacement cartridge did not fit my Konica Minolta page pro 1350 and was returned. Awaiting refund to my account

Works as expected, inseted into my old printer and ready to print. No error or problems reported by printer or PC
