Q: Is this ok for colored treated hair?

My hair is colored treated too, but I saw where color had faded faster on my hair after 30 day use but everyone's hair is different. After receiving my 2nd shipment, I am not as impressed. The product tends to dry out hair which makes hair fall out.

Q: Is this conditioner suppose to make my hair fall out? I used it twice and both times my hair fell out and I mean alot.

Q: When i apply the shampoo i noticed there is no foam formation? i am applying the same amount as other shampoos. is this ok?

Not really. My hair started drying out which fallout was more prominent and color treatment was fading faster.
