Bought these for Halloween to set around. They were so realistic. Almost too real. Freaked people out.

Our family bought a few plastic bugs at a museum years back and started pranking each other with them. Hearing a gasp or better yet swearing upon the victim's discovery of the bug always brought a smile to the pranker. Over time, the bugs disappeared or lost their shock value. Sooo..., it was time to up the game. The cockroaches and centipedes in this collection have produced excellent results. The spider swinging by a human hair is planned but not executed yet. Still working on how to best utilize the scorpion, flies, etc..Have fun!

Really like these guys. Color is very good! Nice dark colors. Good variation in size. Extra little white worms in the mix. Lots of fun if you are into creepy crawlies!

These are really cool. I have a jumping scarecrow that I put out at Halloween time and he holds a bowl. I put severed fingers in the bowl and surrounded the fingers with these. It looks really lifelike.

These were an awesome buy and I’m so glad I chose these over the options brick and mortar stores offered. They were a better value and they looked very accurate. The flies were probably my favorite because of the detail. I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to snap a photo of them! I used them inside of Halloween themed goodie bags and I’ve been told the kids are still using them to this day, so the quality of them are great! I would definitely recommend and purchase again.

This is quite a bag of bugs for a very reasonable price, and quality varies by species. The roaches are pretty realistic, especially flipped on their backs to mimic actual dead ones. The ants are large and reasonably realistic. The spiders don't look very real, and tend to have their legs crammed together in most un-spider like poses. The maggots look real, and as an extra bonus, when you handle them you find that they are squishable and look like they are moving on their own. However they would be a serious hazard for little kids, and I didn't offer any of them to Trick or Treaters for that reason. The flies are rather realistic, especially from a bit of a distance, but like the maggots (that in real life they would have come from) they are far too small for many children. The centipedes are good, but also small. The scorpions should have had tails that were above their bodies. The roaches, maggots and flies would work very well in a Halloween display that "little people" weren't allowed to touch.

Great bugs. The only issue I had was NOTHING will stick to them. They detach from hot glue after a few minutes and I had no luck with super glue.
