No point in using shaving cream with an electric shaver but if the problem is dry skin then I would suggest using Electric Pre-Shave. I get this from the larger Boots branches for about £3.50

Hi there I have the 7061-117 model which is yellow and much cheaper than the black 7061-917 model that you are asking about. I think the yellow replacement foil I bought is specifically for the 7061-117 model.
