Nice table wine, also excellent for sangria.
Kit worked well, used a lot for sangria and was nicely balanced.

Excellent dry red
I first made the Sangiovese kit a couple years ago and was quite well pleased with the results. A dry red wine with medium oak intensity and just a hint of tannins, the taste includes wonderful fruity overtones and the mouthfeel is smooth and silky. This is a great sipping wine, but it also pairs well with pasta dishes that aren't overly spicy, as well as pungent cheeses and summertime fruits. The kit is easy to make. Like the other Winexpert kits, this one will take about eight weeks from the initial mixing to bottling. However, the steps aren't particular time-consuming, and the combined time you spend on the steps shouldn't exceed three hours maximum. I'd suggest waiting for a minimum of three months before uncorking your first bottle. And hold some in reserve. This wine will continue to develop for at least a couple years.
