Good one for the price
I bought this for my SJ8 pro action camera. Overall the quality of product is good. All the accessories is fine except the wrist band which could be better . When I tie the wrist band and attach the camera , it can't hold the weight of the action camera. So I would suggest if the wrist band is made with a better quality and with good grip this combo package would be really good .

Don't use the monopod
If you want to see your action camera see another day, don't use the monopod provided with the mounts. You will lose it. Test it out. I tried it on home its just plastic and aluminium, my action camera took the first fall due to this. If I were to use it in a adventurous condition for the first time, i think i don't even going to see my action cam again.Other mounts are good to have but you will not necessarily use everything. Over all good to have product with only fee things to use.

Chest, Head & Clip mount are best,J buckle is decentThe selfie stick can be used only with half extension and only with action cams not with mobile.Suction cup mount is okayishRollbar mount ball head is plastic made can be risky in rough terrain.quarter-inch tripod to action cam mount is fine,Never used wrist mount & water body mount

This is toy type product not that strong for adventure, so don't purchase this. If you want to purchase go with original Yantraly products they are best and strong.
