I unfortunately purchased the wrong height cane. So I am returning this one and purchasing this one: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07N4C2VS4/ My mom did love this cane and is looking forward to getting the shorter one. The light on the cane is bright enough to light up a room. And the folding option makes it easy to bring with us on excursions where Mom might need it but isn't sure. My mom takes small steps due to hip pain, and her foot kept kicking the bottom of her previous cane, which had a large 4 prong bottom, when she walked. This smaller suction cup bottom with the swivel is a much better fit for her. We found out after the fact that the top of the cane should be at wrist height, hence why we are returning this one and buying the shorter one. C'est la vie.

I have a knee problem. This gives me the support I need. It is sturdy and lightweight. It folds into a convenient size. I love the flashlight in the handle.

My husband had extensive back surgery and after about a week he went from the walker to this cane... it has been very helpful and the light helps going to the restroom at night! My only complaint that I noticed is that it’s so lite that it falls over pretty easy when he stands it up. Probably wouldn’t be a big problem if I didn’t freak out every time I hear it hit the floor.

Use it when I travel. Just used it after cataract surgery. It helped remind me to avoid bending over. Easy to put in a standard oversized tote bag. My new BFF

This cane has a lot of problems. From the very beginning it was constantly tipping over and hitting the ground really hard with the handle, where the flashlight is located, because the batteries were weighing it down so much. I finally just took out the batteries - I have no use for the flashlight. I had to use rubber bands to keep the battery compartment closed because it had smashed the floor so many times. Finally, after owning it for 8 weeks, the bottom portion just slipped out of the end of the stick. It had fallen out before. I had shoved it back in and it seemed to stay for a few weeks. This time there was no way to make it stay. So it’s finished. It only lasted 8 weeks.

The first night I used this the “foot” came off! The foot needs to be checked and tightened EVERY morning because it unscrews from the handle while walking with it and will fall off. Another thing that should be stated on the website is that it is a short cane. I am 5’4” and it just comes to my hip at the highest setting. That is acceptable for me but mightnot be for someone else. There is a note in the packing about ordering a taller cane if needed but this should be noted on the website so the consumer is informed BEFORE placing the order not after receiving the item. I wish that I had spent more money and bought the original HurryCane. This is note something I would recommend to a friend.

I bought this product because I have a tendency to fall. The cane comes in a prepackaged box from the manufacturer. An UNWANTED and OFFENSIVE RELIGOUS Brochure WAS ENCLOSED. This product targets older people who may be susceptible to the FEARFUL concepts concerning DEATH that were the subject of this track. The cane is made of cheap material. It does not stand up reliably. When the cane falls, the LED light batteries fall out. I had to tape the handle of the cane to prevent this problem. The cane is made of a cheap and thin metal that telescopes. I kept it because cane shopping is frustrating. Many of the canes available in local pharmacies were much better priced, better made, and more attractive. I would not buy this cane again.
