This day cream is gorgeous. It sinks into the skin and moisturizes immediately. Plus it smells lovely.

Where do I begin?First there is the smell- it smells divine ! You can definitely smell some geranium and bergamot as well as some mandarin orange…It is lightweight , absorbs quickly and doesn’t make me break out - huge bonus!

This initially started working amazing for my skin. I noticed and improvement in overall brightness, pores, and tone. I have combo skin but more on the dry side. Acne prone and sensitive. My 2nd week using this I noticed I started getting bumps on my cheeks and my eye area looked puffy. Since I had been using this for a week I didn’t think it was the moisturizer so I kept using it. My skin continued to get worse after those initial bumps and I developed contact dermatitis on around my eyes. I stopped using everything until my symptoms went away. Slowly I started integrating my skincare one item at a time. The day I used this the symptoms came back so I discontinued use. My skin has been extremely sensitive since then. Unfortunate because it was initially working so well.

I like this product a lot. However, next time I will probably order directly from Grown Alchemist because when I opened this package today (1/21/20) a coupon for free shipping popped up - and it expired 11/9/2018! So, I'm not sure how old the cream I received is. :\
